Through an immersive spring intensive and a structured summer program integrated with your internship or professional role, you will join a cohort of emerging leaders who support each other in developing the character, insight, and capabilities needed to make a genuine difference in the world.

Through the generosity of our supporters, all accepted candidates receive full scholarships covering tuition, travel, and accommodations for the five-day intensive in Boca Raton, Florida.

Completion & Fellowship
Students who successfully complete the 2025 program will become the first cohort of commissioned Mortimer J. Adler Fellows. The Fellows will form a dynamic network of like-minded professionals dedicated to transforming business through service and excellence. Fellows gain lifelong access to peer support, mentoring opportunities for future cohorts, and continued professional development resources. This unique combination of rigorous training and enduring community empowers Fellows to flourish in their careers while making meaningful contributions to a world that is much in need of authentic business leaders.
