Are you an MBA student, Executive MBA student, or MBA alumni who seeks to become more than just a successful manager – someone who aspires to lead with purpose and make a meaningful impact through business? The Adler Fellowship is designed for emerging leaders who:
 

• Recognize that true leadership flows from virtuous character and a commitment to individual growth

• Seek to integrate their professional vocation with a deeper purpose

• Want to be part of a community of like-minded professionals who support each other in the pursuit of excellence

• Are willing to engage in structured daily practices to develop the habits that build character

• Believe business can be a powerful force for good when led with wisdom and a spirit of service

 

The Fellowship experience is demanding, requiring dedication to both intensive study and daily mindfulness practices. Candidates commit to attending the spring intensive (March 15-19, 2025) and engaging in a structured summer program alongside their internships or professional employment (June 2 - August 8).

We welcome applicants from all MBA programs who share our vision of business leadership grounded in character and human excellence. This inaugural cohort will be highly selective, with only 16 slots available for the 2025 class. We seek individuals who are ready to pioneer a new approach to business leadership – one that integrates philosophical wisdom with leadership excellence.
